Quay Construction we instructed by We are Ease to take on the ambitious task of conducting a comprehensive overhaul of the popular and beloved Beach Hut restaurant on Watergate Bay beach, all within a tight 5-week timeframe. The project began with a complete stripping down of the structure to identify any necessary structural and waterproofing work. Subsequently, a new glazing system was installed, the entrance layout was reconfigured, and the dining areas were entirely rearranged, featuring banquette tables, a repositioned bar area, and upgraded male, female, and disabled toilets. The interior design underwent a complete revamp, and the external elevations were enhanced.
The end result was a swift and remarkable transformation, providing the Beach Hut team with a more efficient and improved operational space, while also accommodating additional patrons and increasing revenue through added seating capacity.
